Velora Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Velora (“App”), owned and operated by CypherPlay AI Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Velora. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. License

CypherPlay AI Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Velora for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • Providing accurate information.
  • All activities occurring under your account.

You agree not to create fake accounts or impersonate another person.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By submitting content to Velora, you grant CypherPlay AI Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. Community Standards

Users must not:

  •  Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Share illegal or harmful content.
  • Upload sexually explicit content.
  • Promote violence or discrimination.
  • Spam or scam other users.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

6. Subscription Services

Velora offers optional premium subscription plans.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • Payment is charged through your Apple ID.
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
  • No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.

7. Free Trials

If offered, free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

8. Events and Marketplace

Velora may display third-party events, products, services, or offers.

CypherPlay AI Ltd. is not responsible for:

  • Third-party products or services.
  • Event cancellations.
  • Transactions between users and third parties.

9. SAFETY

Velora uses automated moderation tools and allows users to report inappropriate behavior.
However, we cannot guarantee the identity or conduct of every user. Users should exercise reasonable caution when interacting with others.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and content provided by Velora are owned by or licensed to CypherPlay AI Ltd.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of Velora is also governed by our Privacy Policy

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.

13. Disclaimer

Velora is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CypherPlay AI Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Velora.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
